At this point I'm convinced SF9 have Time Turners because when did they have the time-- but anyway, I'm so happy to see rap line getting a lot of love in particular since SF9 title tracks are usually vocal heavy, and it's nice to see both Zuho and Hwiyoung have their produced songs on the album as well. The Wave OF9 is so bright and cheery while still giving that sexiness that SF9 always brings and I love it. It also gives off a slightly different vibe from their previous summer album 9loryUS (the Summer Breeze one). I really like Driver because it makes me think I'm going on a road trip with my friends. OK OK and Summertime Bounce feel like I'm ready to jump into a pool or head for the beach. Butterfly would be the OST for a college hangout montage in a teen movie. On the other hand, The Piece OF9 makes me feel like I want to overthrow something lmao. It reminds me a bit of the RPM album in the sense that it's very cinematic and could be the OST of a dystopian movie. It only hit me how much I missed Rowoon's voice on an SF9 track when I actually heard him sing, and sing a lot on this album-- he really nails the "heartbroken and left seven times" vibe when he sings. Also, it's funny you mentioned Changkyun when Taeyang was doing the spoken intro for Fighter because there was a collab stage of Love Killa for MBC, and Taeyang was the one who did Changkyun's parts. Meanwhile, the one who gave off Changkyun vibes on the Tight pre-chorus was Hwiyoung (aka Youngkyun :D). It reminds me of the time SF9 guested on Midnight Idol and Changkyun was listing how both of them loved cats, had long hair, and were both Kyuns (it was very much awkward introverts finding each other). Finally, Stay With Me is Jaeyoon's solo song that he made for their concert last November! They included it as his song for the fans since he's the next to enlist. This got so long, but I'm happy you had a great time listening to the albums!

with the wave of9 I really enjoy the bsides more than the tittle track, but the piece of9 damn thats a no skip album for me, it is so good and it reminded me of my favorite sf9 album which was RPM.

Zuho is my bias and he is the deeper rapper that does the unconventional flows ands YES he killed me this album. I love him so much and he is credited with lyrics AND composition of Puzzle (credited first as composer) and I am so proud of him! This is fighting as fav album from them! glad you loved it :)
