Should clarify regarding my personal ranking: it's purely down to my taste. Other than that I do completely agree with the rankings they got!

I definitely agree with your ranking and reasons here. I thought Kaboom felt like a kpop performance stage vs a straight dance performance. Like there were parts where the dance moves were toned down for singing, but I think that made it more appealing to the crowd. Tell Me Now was unique and stood out, whereas Purr was a great hip hop dance performance with great choreography, but didn't translate as easily to the crowd. But did you listen to Purr uploaded on Spotify though?!? There's a whole second verse cut out of the performance. Kinda wish they included it because it makes the song even better, even with the slightly corny lyrics 😅

You know, no matter what rank these performances got in the end we can all say they honestly ALL killed it! Like dammmn. (But same, I do agree with your ranking and the reasoning.) Oddly enough, Kaboom was actually performed twice (well 1 and a half ig) because of a smoke screen mishap. You can see it was still over smoking on that 2nd take even with that final full cam cut. That said, icb they have all those angles and the PD still couldn’t get the best shots! I mean, twitter had to point out that jaw dropping triangle formation from Tell Me Now for me to really get a good look at that! It’s art. Monika is kind of a genius, sheesh! Anyhow, next week can’t come soon enough. The willpower to not rewatch the final R3 stages is testing. I need to see these in HD asap, so I don’t even blame you if you watch the livestream. (For me I watch the stream, and then watch the official Viki version just for the translations later. That post Q2 episode fomo is SO REAL istg)

I felt a bit confused after Purr's performance. I realised after the camerawork of Purr's official/show version made it hard to focus. After i saw the full full cam version i see how well they did, so thanks for showing that at the end. I feel bad for KeV1z because they have to gain views and likes on the other version. Hikaru's fancam is doing well.

It's not just the camerawork, but also the very flashy screen and all the lights flashing. I will never understand why so many stage designs don't consider that most people will watch them on screen and that constantly changing colors and lights will lead to a sea of pixel and make it almost impossible for people to actually see the performers.

I actually agreed with the final rankings for both the vocal and dance stages which surprised me lol. It breaks my heart that I have Kep1er last in both rounds because I love them to death. They are doing a great job, I have just found their stages from both of these rounds to not be quite as good the others. I wish they chose a more impactful song for the vocal stage, even though it was very pretty. Then the Purr stage was good but I felt it was lacking compared to the other two as well, but I also really dont like Purr as a song, so maybe that impacted my enjoyment of the stage? Tell Me Now was definitely my favorite and I'm super glad it won, they did awesome! Ka-Boom I really enjoyed a lot, and for me personally, Eunseo was the top performer out of all the dance stages, I was mesmerizes by her. I was also so happy for Brave Girls for finally getting that first place ranking! They've worked so hard and I know it must have been frustrating for them not to get the results they wanted. I hope next time Kep1er can get rewarded for their hard work!

If they dare to kick out Brave Girls, the pitch fork and torch industry is gonna make bank i'll tell you and i'm gonna buyin some for sure. Just have to also buy a plane ticket to korea i guess...
