if Yujin debuts, I wonder if any of the other CLC girls will regret not participating. 3 girls from Cherry Bullet are in gp, so it isn't like multiple members couldn't have also participated. Obviously nothing is a sure bet

there is an upcoming girls' audition on mbc later this year called '방과후 설렘' roughly translates to 'after school flutter' that major agencies are looking to send their girls. for gp999, agencies were hesitant because of controversies. maybe clc girls will be in that one.

"you could in theory vote for 18 separate girls". Haha my thoughts went to that as well, but i can't see people actually doing that on purpose. More than likely a person will like 1-3 of the girls in a cell, and vote for that cell. Then in the individual voting also vote for the person they liked in a cell they voted for. The overlap obviously won't be 100%, but I would guess that there is going to be a strong correlation. Also I have no idea if the Baby Monsters girls will debut in Girls Planet, but there is no way some of them don't end up in a group in the future. They are all so bright and hilarious.

I’m glad Xu Zi Yin is in your top 9 despite the lack of content shown of her so far. I fell for her in youth with you she was my underrated pick I suddenly found myself wanting her to debut so bad despite my ult being someone else (xu jiaqi). She’s so talented and deserves the world also Su Ruiqi was my underrated pick in chuang 2020 i just want them 2 to make the final group 😭😭 also yeah in second episode you can see that fu Yaning is actually a human , her intentions weren’t pure evil like some people want to make it out to seem. She’s a confident competitive girl but she can enjoy a good performance and give compliments too like others

Ohh, thank you for sharing this! Su Ruiqi has been my #1 since the initial introductions as well and Dreamcatcher is one of my favourite groups, so this is really cool!

Upshot

I'm much more invested in this show than I wanted to. Despite Mnet being Mnet with their shady editing - especially during the first episode I felt they made some performances seem much worse (and one or two better) in the episode than they actually were watching the full performance (Twinkle and Wannabe for example). And they showed snippits of those performances and had the judges say "없습니다", indicating no Top9 candidates, when most of them actually had candidates. But still, I'll watch everything and vote and be happy and sad - insert Chaeyoung's "MNET!" from Sixteen Overall my standouts (top2 from each group) so far are Su Ruiqi, Xu Ziyin (I'm a bit confused why they didn't show her performing Siren in front of Sunmi), Ezaki Hikaru, Kawaguchi Yurina, Seo Youngeun and.... (someone from Doah [I haven't watched P48 yet, but I knew her from her webdrama with Oh My Girl's Arin], Seungeun or Bora)

I'm really enjoying watching your reaction to the show and hearing your thoughts on everything. I do a second watch through of the episode watching your video, so it's a lot of fun! Thanks for doing them! My current Top 9 through the first two episodes is, rank 1-9: Seo Youngeun, Shen Xioting, Gu Yizhou, Kang Yeseo, Kawaguchi Yurina, Hiyajo Nagomi, Chiayi, Su Ruiqi, Kim Hyerim. There are so many girls I adore and could easily make a top 20 or more at this point.

Its out of the topic but in korea actually fu yaning is called General fu kkk and if u guys see the her short cut? reactions, she is so cute thoght. Also, some koreans check her performances that did before on chinese produce series, that songs was totally a kind of pure/innocent/feminine style. And it was perfect for her ㅋㅋㅋ sooo anyway, Let's not judge trainees by their appearance and editing. Ah plus, shen xiaoting was dropped at 80th in C produce series cuz she was too shy and quite aong super confidence C-girls. And we called her C-minju(IZ) that her personality looks likeㅋㅋㅋ
