No. 9 and Day By Day were on nonstop repeat, I have them on my playlists and just jam out whenever I miss them. Ugh, such an iconic group, they didn’t deserve the hate they got from Knetz.

and also to touch on your comment about how something is off and i honestly felt that too but since they were so big , in their prime they were OVERWORKED so so much and also with their company adding in 2 members around day by day also made a dent in their career because one of the added members < the one who rapped in day by day and short hair , accused the members of bullying after she left whcih later we found it was actually the opposite , she was bulling them . but still , at th time the members received ALOT of hate and made their sucess rate kinda drop which makes me so sad but yeah , they couldve just have been reallyyy tired during those performances but idrk. OH and alsoo 2nd gen kpop was Notorious to sing live and have the backing track in some parts LOW ASF to where you can only hear their voice 😹 so they could’ve also just been stiff with the dancing so they can sing semi- on par 💀

These are definitely the more popular songs but no Roly Poly and Lovey Dovey? Aw man, you got to check those ones out. Their best songs imo. You got their names right on the No. 9 video! I know T-ara because one of IU's closest and best friends is Jiyeon. She's an amazing dancer. The tiny one is Boram and yes, she's the oldest if I'm not wrong. She was my favourite member especially during the Roly Poly era. She's too cute and it's a shame she left the industry. Regarding their awkwardness, I don't want to offer too much speculation since I don't really know the group a great deal but as others have already mentioned, their group dynamic and public image because of the scandal made their journey quite the rocky one and that might have something to do with it. Also, search for "T-ara number 9" on spotify. It should be there.

I’m glad you found songs you liked! I totally understand about the awkwardness and echo the reasons everyone else said. Plus, once new members started getting added basically every year, the “core six” (Boram, Qri, Soyeon, Eunjung, Hyomin, and Jiyeon) were basically told by their company that they were replaceable. It ended up alright as those were the six that stayed, but relations between the group were at the worst when they were their most popular. And they were SUPER popular at their peak. Then the bullying rumors came out and the public turned on them in a really ugly way and it took them a really long time to recover. And to be completely honest (and let me reiterate my love for them), most of the girls weren’t good at hiding their emotions or exhaustion on stage. So if they were tired or weren’t feeling it, it showed. That coupled with their garbage agency made for some pretty tense performances. Finally, the group currently isn’t together anymore, but they did successfully stop their old company from trademarking the T-ara name after they all left. I’m sure it was only so the company couldn’t make money off of their name moving forward, but part of me hopes that the core six (which is when they’re at their best IMO) will reunite one day. And that is the end of my dissertation!

thank you for checking T-ara. My ultimate bias group they have a lot of really good songs and even their live stages are really good. for the two stages that you felt that they were awkward actually was the time the scandal was starting one of the added members faked an injury during their japan concert and she asked the hospital to put a cast for her leg even though she didn't need it so the girls had to rearrange every thing choreography singing parts the staff stayed with them to arrange the lightning and everything else the rehearsal took so long and they didn't have much sleep so you could imagine how they felt and they discovered that she was in a salon doing her nails when they were working extra hard this was right before their stage for day by day so their relationship wasn't that good and rumors started spreading and they had their scandal that they bullied her people hated them really badly they used to curse them and turn their back to them when they perform that's why the sexy love stage (which was their comeback right after the scandal) also kind of awkward because they were performing to people showing them that they don't want them. The truth of scandal got revealed 5 years later they endured so much in this 5 years they suffered a lot.
