I totally agree that the concept of the show is frustrating because it seems like they always planned to debut the whole group. However, if it helps make slightly it less so, there was always the possibility that they would have chosen not too as, while the decision was JYP's, he definitely took into consideration audience perception. If most people didn't want them to all to debut JYP probably would have changed his mind. Not that that's what we would have wanted but it makes the eliminations more reasonable because JYP was, in his own weird way, testing to see if the public approved of all of them debuting (while also testing the members to see if they had the drive to improve). On the other hand, the down side to that is that because of the elimination concept there were some people who would continue to say that they anyone who was eliminated didn't deserve to be in the group even after they had improved and proved themselves to be great performers :(

This show is so frustrating for me to watch as well, putting our boys through all this turmoil just to gain viewers -.- And also on a side note if no one has mentioned this to you yet, the part where Han's team was practicing and Chan scolded them for not taking it seriously, that was actually a birthday prank on Han. They mentioned in Two Kids Room (Han & Chan) that after Chan "scolded" then and "stormed out" of the room, he returned with a birthday cake and revealed that it was all a prank. The show cut out these parts -.-
