Okay we're just gonna ignore the fact that it says Monsta X in the corner until I can fix the thumbnail in the morning lmao. That's what I get for making thumbnails too quickly.

(Edit: thumbnail is now fixed)

ANYWAY this mini is amazing and I am once again falling in love with Pentagon.

Enjoy!

i'm just curious,, aren't pentagon tired of saving kpop everytime they comeback. every album is better and better. there are so many people who adore "you like" and it's a skip for others but i find this song SO interesting. hui said he wrote it like how a lot of people often share their opinions to him "you should do this, do that" but it's like he's showing them "you know what, i'll just do what i want". that's why the song starts off bright and so melodic because that's what people like, especially korean public, but then totally changes. they don't want to please anyone and i respect and love that about them. nostalgia was written by wooseok and composed by him and mospick. it's a very beautiful song and you couldn't understand it because the translation was very,, odd jsdksdg. he said that this song wasn't created on the spot and he was having a hard time, and during that time he had the words down first and the lyrics somehow got dark. then he got the title down. "for me, i think that no matter how bad your situation is, everything will become a memory one day. so, every memory that we have, i hope that we could still live at ease while listening to this song and reminisce about those beautiful memories. these days, our lives have been difficult, and we've been living while looking down at the ground, and forget to look at the beautiful sky. so, its somehow a song for those who are finding some free time in their hectic life." that's what he said when they were on radio show. this album is completely different from all things they have ever put out there and the album was again with songs written by the members and kino, of course, helped making a choreo, they always innovate and bringing new sounds. it's very different but also very them, i don't know if that makes sense. and kino created a very beautiful piece of choreo, in daisy at the very last part there's that moment where yuto holds daisy and passes it to hongseok, and he bring it over hui's head and then passes it to him, and kino receives it from hui and then the daisy blossom. it's very delicate but beautiful. and tiktok challenge choreo was also created by kino, it's really cute! chungha was one of the first ones who filmed it with him <3

also, i want to recommend you one song by wooseok: always difficult, always beautiful. the song was written by kino and wooseok and it's inspired by the story of a lesbian couple, i don't know if you watched black mirror but the episode is called san junipero. one girl talked to kino about it and how much it means to every lgbtq+ universe and he was so happy to talk about it and he mentioned something like "it's not a common kpop music right?" and he's so right about that, so it really means a lot to us. oh and it's also on spotify <3

I would recommend that once your album comes you listen to it again because in there's a song written by Jinho called I'm Here that's only available on the physical album. And as for albums you should check out definitely their first full album Universe: The Black Hall and also my personal favorite Genie:us since it has a hiphop unit song and a ballad unit song, that album truly has everything and so many different styles in it.

the previous album, the black hall, is actually so good, it's a full album and every single song is amazing !!

BaoziBang

You really have to check out their Genie:us & Summ:er Albums! I think you would love those!

Falco

WE:TH and Genie:us are my favorite Pentagon albums! Couldn't tell you which one I like more! The message of Genie:us is also so beautiful! They even have a mirror on the back of the physical album with the words "raise your head, you're a genius" written underneath :'( Demo 01(When I was in Love is my go to calm Pentagon song) and Demo 02 are also awesome (+Violet even has an MV!), but then the whole Positive album is great too (how is Off-road a b-side?) and omg Thumbs up!!! (When it rains in night is like the most beautiful thing ever! and Just do it yo is such an important song) and then Sum(me:r) comes around the corner with legendary Round 2 and then finally they released their first ever full album and they dared to put the black hall and kr. version of Happiness on there! Summary: it doesn't matter which album you listen to next! There are too many gems on each of them! I'm just happy you like them so much!!
