You should react to jiwon covering lady Gaga it came out a couple months ago it’s called fromis_9 flaylist lady Gaga something cover she’s in a group now but this was a solo side thing she did for fun it’d be fun to see your reaction and see how much she’s grown she’s a super confident person and extra now. You should also check out natty and somi solos sometime on YouTube it’d be cool to see growth of them

I remember watching Sixteen for the first time back in 2016 thinking I'd only care about the Twice members but I ended up supporting all of them haha. I'm rlly glad that even tho only 9/16 made it to Twice, 14/16 have debuted now. Only Minyoung, who gave up on becoming an idol, and Eunsuh, who participated in Idol School but sadly didn't make the cut for fromis_9, haven't debuted.

Interesting tidbit. Nayeon mentioned somewhere in the past couple of months that she hates singing the Santa Tell Me song because it brought back bad memories of being on Sixteen. Although over this past XMas she did a studio cover version of it on Twice's vlive/youtube channel and it's adorable. Definitely worth a check out. https://youtu.be/XO9GiPOLd3I

The way i would fight an entire nation with only a rubber band for tiny bouncy leader Jihyo🥺. I agree with you jyp likes to talk about how undeveloped the girls voices were when trainees but does nothing about it, like make it make sense old man. I’m glad all twice members took the initiative and helped each other to grow more confident on their vocal capabilities, especially Tzuyu I love that talented girly. Also the girls dynamics on sixteen with the excessive drama is so funny to me lol like tell me how Sana and Dahyun went from: ugh I can’t stand this girl😑😐😤🤬😡😒😒during the show, to: OMG! Hi baby girl💋🥰😍😘🥴🥺👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩👭1 month after the show. Anyway I like to see you skip all stages of grief and go straight to either anger or depression lmao you have a big storm coming dear friend.

Well tbh its not JYP´s job to train them, hes the CEO not a trainer, also i feel like what he says is intended in a way to help the girls, I see so many people be mad about him telling Jihyo she needs to get "in better shape" but hes the one that wanted Jihyo over Tzuyu in the photoshoot, but hes an Idol himselfm he knows that if he doesnt tell her its just gonna be worse when k.netizines do it, in a way hes looking out for her there and im a huge Jihyo biased. Sometimes JYP gets trashed for things he shouldnt be, i think hes by far one of the best CEO´s in kpop, does he overwork them?? yes unfortunatly but tell me a big kpop group that isnt overworked? Even medium popular groups are these days. Sometimes its easy to trash CEO´s without thinking about it

Completely get what you're saying and there are definitely far worse CEOs and companies but I dont think him being criticized is unwarranted by any means. Also specifically with regards to the Jihyo comments, I'm all for making sure people are prepared for what might be coming there way but those conversations should be kept behind closed doors. Maybe not on very public and widely watched reality show where theres a big emphasis on creating drama and tension. As far as I can see that moment served only to shame and embarrass Jihyo. Did it make her stronger in the long run? Yeah sure probably. But were there better ways to do it? Absolutely. So yeah, I can't say I have a lot of sympathy for any CEO that would put an idol in that kind of situation. If anything him being an Idol himself should mean he would know better. As you said he is one of the better ones, but personally I don't see that bar being particularly high and there's a lot that he, his fellow CEOs and their companies can do better

I mean there is some standard in Korea and once you cross it (in terms of losing weight) people might think you don't take proper care of yourself as a person. Also there is high possibility that it her weight might become a public topic later on. I agree it is nuts but in this context I understanded that it was either losing weight safely or get offended by the netizens which I consider worse. (And I also think that this is nothing compared to some other criteria in other companies like "if you are over xxx pounds then you aint debuting" kind of thing going on.. girls of uni.t mentioned it a lot when they talked about their original companies.. )

JYP is only considered "better" than most CEOs because people compare him to the other big 3 CEOs.. Which is an incredibly low bar. Being the most "humane" agency of 3 shitty ones mean very little. But he's goofy!!!! So of course he gets a pass on most things :)

Going into this episode, I knew that that Chaeryeong vs Sana vs Dahyun round was going to be stressful for you XD

Same Kaia. I forgot this happened as I've watched it once. Sana and Chaeryeong are my Biases as well from Twice/Itzy same as you. So it was fun and interesting that they battled.
