There's no base file in either supported or unsupported, Supported also lacks the Ancestral skeletons files. Not that I'm complaining, it's a dope model, but incomplete.

pre-supported is pro-supported, for machines that are very well tuned. User friendsly are a bit thicker supports, for average machines. They're still smaller supports, but less likely to fail if your settings aren't tip top

What info? That you downloaded a boat? You don't even have to sign up, you literally just open the page click the file, click download. Any info the site could gather from that has already been gathered and sold by a dozen other sites. I'm all for security but this concern seems unwarrented.

1) This is not our file, this is a file from Titan Forge, that is mentioned in the post. 2) MyAirBridge is by far the most expensive option of all the 4 alternatives that we deliver our monthly releases with and has received great reviews by users for its speed, it is used also by many other Patreon pages and many users urged us to use it as well. 3) We understand that this service might be not fit for your needs, this was a promotional post/model and not part of what everyone signed up (and paid) for this month, it is actually something extra we cooked up for all of you, and receiving such harsh critique for going above and beyond is certainly not the reaction we expected. That said, it is not mandatory to use the link above or the entirety of our services if you feel that any of the above is not up to your standards or does not fit your needs. Just create a fresh folder to download to. It only gets that folder and below, so no danger of losing anything. It's a lot faster than Google Drive or Sync, I'll tell you that much.

I just checked my download for the boat and...it's not working. I guess I won't get to test print a Titan Forge mini. Is that bad or good - potentially saving money by not buying their stuff blind.

No, no, I meant that I downloaded the files in February and the downloaded file from back then doesn't properly work. Not a huge deal, I just wanted to try it after browsing their Patreon page and remembering that I had it from here.
