The download solutions are really a pain in the ass. Google Drive has a known issue for not downloading all the files(https://support.google.com/drive/thread/4142625?hl=en). I have to check the complete download against the archive and make sure that every single file was downloaded. Sync doesn't download at all. If it finally says it would be able to download I get a missing page error.

I have another dumb question (sooorry): I subscribed while beeing on vacation with my phone. Will the rewards stay in my Google Drive until I return home in September, or will they disappear on 31. August?

Is anyone else having issues with Kalineas the Broken file? I have downloaded it twice, and both times I get only an obj file for just the head. Even opening it only shows the one file...

Hey Jeremi. All the files are in the system, just checked. Contact MMF support if the problem persists, that is if you are actually referring to an MMF purchase. Also note that comments make it really hard to trace and help you with your problem, next time try messaging us either here or on MMF.

I have no Idea how peaople get their files. GDrive doesn't work at all. There are always files or even complete folders missing from the download and Sync is so extremely slow(sub 100kb/s) that it just can't finish before the download crashes. Can anybody help with this? I currently just can't get my files

Hey Romano. Try downloading in smaller batches rather than the whole release at once, especially on Sync. The servers overload in both Sync and Gdrive and we are constantly looking for better alternatives but non exist yet.

Yeah I had the same thing. I Was able to get all presupposed to Download on the Google Drive and everything said complete but I really only got a fraction of the m the first time. I had to go back through folder by folder to double check to make sure I had Male and Female folders ext. Seems like this is across all Patreons lately though. SYNC and Google have gone down hill. At least here we get both options to try to work around.

Hey so just a thought many other patreons are now uploading a compressed file of all models. this has helped stop Sync from crapping out and forcing us to manually DL each model which takes way to long and to much time.

Several files were missing from both the unsupported and presupported version when I downloaded the other day from Google Drive. Most notably the male Deathcrowns, and female Stitched abomination.

This is a known issue. Overloaded clouds do that. If you check your inbox we have already sent each and every one of you a message with new links in case you had a similar problem or just forgot to download.

Hi Josh! The download links for this month's release are in the Download Link Post ( https://www.patreon.com/posts/42086189 ). As for September's, at the end of the month, all links are purged. If you missed them, you will receive Frostburn Horrors in a few days in your MMF account if you've done all the necessary steps ( patreon.com/posts/monthly-releases-41902292 ) You should already have the Deathknight Order in that same library. If not, and you have checked the steps above, then you will need to contact MMF support. Please note that this is the way we will be fulfilling releases when each month expires, links will not be sent via Patreon messaging in the future. Happy printing!

I also forgot to download the 5e modules for may, aug, and sept. looks like Im out of luck, I need to remember to do this every month to keep getting them.
