I couldn't seem to find it in the page, what is the scale of these models, 28, 32mm? And when you say large does that mean 2x the size approximately or more so?

Medium sized is 32mm, large around 75, huge goes up to 10cm and gargantuan goes even bigger. This is roughly the scale for tabletoo games out there based on 1 inch grid gaming. But whatever the scale, you can always rescale as you see fit.

You can always scale up a round base and cut it squadre (before printing it, obviously... XD it works if you really need squadre bases
