New way to deliver download links, Tier update and Sync integration. (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

A lot of you requested a switch to Sync so we are now uploading the monthly release up there.

Also, download links will be hosted in the same post every month, patrons will be able to find that in the page description and is also going to be pinned as the first post patrons see on the Archvillain Games Patreon page. This is done in an effort for you guys to find the files in a quicker and easier manner.

Also, we are deleting the "Sinister Scholar" tier as we noticed most of you want either minis or both minis and the monthly pdf module.
