So, I’m in Orlando and waiting for the slowest storm in the world to finally blow through. I should have just stayed home and continued work. I’ll let you know when I get back to the office but I’m pretty sure the comic update for the 5th will be delayed.

I know it’s super frustrating but better safe then sorry. My brother who goes to University in Miami had to evacuate to my aunts house which has no WiFi and he was in hell but with what that storm just did to the Bahamas I’d rather you both just be safe no matter how long we have to wait for the update

I'm still in my home in coastal Georgia. My mother didn't want to leave because she didn't want to bother her brother-in-law and his family. I'm pretty sure we'll be all right, according to the projected path for Dorian. It's doing almost exactly what I told everybody it would do, moving slowly out to sea. I guess I'll know for sure by tomorrow morning. Because of the storm, I'm currently out of work until Thursday at the earliest so, I'm spending time doing a little writing and enjoying the rest I'm getting. Take your time getting back home and to work, better safe than sorry.

It's actually kinda nice out. Windy, but a welcome relief from the extreme heat of the last few weeks. And yeah, I'm still at the airport hangar working through it.

Orlando can be fun, I've never been there but it can be fun. Look on the bright side least you can go to Disney or the Aquarium.

No one could have predicted the speed of a storm like that with certainty, or whether it would even make landfall. You were prudent and prepared in case it did. That shows wisdom. That it didn't end up being as bad as it could have been is annoying but it could just as easily have gone the other way. You made the right call.
