The idea to make rolls originated with us a long time ago - we decided to start with the most popular worldwide "Philadelphia", "California" and "Canada".

They are not considered classic, they were even invented not in Japan, but in America! But these rolls are familiar to everyone, so this is our version of the "Classic Set"😊

The idea to make Sake arose spontaneously - this time it's not a classic version of a bottle with glasses, but a whole set with a tray to convey the atmosphere of the ceremony of drinking sake!

The main content for the month ahead is what will be released without fail, while unplanned-surprise posts are possible. At the end of October there will be Halloween and we want to do something special for the holiday, and we are also working on different projects in parallel - We'll release it as soon as it's ready😜
