A very simple mod to give you inspiration to brush your sims' teeth)). 

The principle of mod is that when hygiene is low, you will get an embarrassed buff that it's time to brush your teeth. The surrounding sims that are nearby will react to the bad smell (no buffs, only reaction).

If the sim vomits, it will also give a buff to brushing his teeth.

When your sim brushes his teeth at least once, it will start the decay of oral hygiene (that is, it will not affect the NPC). 

I made two versions: 

1. Version 1 is to brush your teeth once a day 

2. Version 2 - brush your teeth 2 times a day.
