Hello dear Utopians,

It's Friday and it is time to review the events of the past week!

[1] GRAND UTOPIA

This week, I've been concentrating my efforts on resuming the mapping on the Malterre South and West sides. The aim is to improve the quality of the environment to offer you an even more immersive driving experience. I'd like to stress that this is a continuation of the rework I've already carried out on the Malterre North side in a previous version.

As usual, the next update will therefore perpetuate my commitment to the ongoing improvement of my mods, highlighting improvements in visual quality and gameplay. Always with the aim of delighting you and offering you a more immersive and enjoyable gaming experience!

West Malterre

I'm currently in the middle of a project to renovate the A3/A4 interchange at West Malterre. My main objective is to breathe new life into the interchange, notably by making significant changes to make it more authentic and better adapted to today's needs. The aim of this complete reconstruction is to create a much better experience for all those who use it regularly, and to make it a more functional, more realistic place, while preserving its unique character.

Center Malterre

The redevelopment underway in the heart of Malterre's center (southern part) is a meticulous beautification undertaking. The main objective of this initiative is to enrich the urban scene by adding a multitude of captivating details. The result is a revitalized town center that will help make Malterre an even more attractive and vibrant place to visit.

[2] NEW POLL

Recently, I had the pleasure of organising a new exclusive survey, to decide where I should work next, after completing the project for Malterre. It's fascinating to see how intense the competition is between two enchanting locations: the charming village of Andréa and the dynamic town of Eilmont.

This is a unique opportunity for you to have a direct impact on the choice of the next destination to feature in the next beta version. Your voice counts for a lot, and I warmly encourage you to take part.

Don't forget that this exciting poll closes this Sunday 17 at 11.59pm French time, so make sure you have your say before it's too late!

[3] FLAG CONTEST

At the beginning of September, I launched an exciting competition inviting each and every one of you to contribute to the beauty of our utopia. Your creativity can give life to a new symbol that will proudly represent our region.

The first phase of flag submissions runs until 30 September, and it's an ideal opportunity to add your own personal touch to our archipelago.

So I encourage every member to take part, whether you're a seasoned artist or a first-time pencil user. Don't forget that you can submit several creations if you're feeling inspired!

[4] SILENT DRIVING #14

In my latest YouTube video, I'm taking you for a leisurely drive through the superb landscapes of our beautiful archipelago. At the wheel of a Freightliner Cascadia 125, I drove from Louchartville to Krewit.

Nothing spectacular, just a relaxing escapade through our virtual world. The views from Grand Utopia are as relaxing as ever, and I wanted to share this peaceful experience with you. So, if you feel like relaxing a bit and rediscovering our utopian landscapes, lulled by the purr of an old American engine, this video is for you!

[5] UPCOMING VIDEOS

I'm currently busy creating two exciting videos for you. The first will take you behind the scenes with a Mapping Timelapse, where I'll share the secrets behind the construction of the A3/A4 interchange. In the second video, a WIP Shorts, you'll get a glimpse of the rework underway in the south and centre of Malterre. My hope is that these videos will immerse you further in my work and allow you to follow the constant evolution of Grand Utopia.

Nous sommes vendredi et il est temps de passer en revue les événements de la semaine passée !

[1] GRAND UTOPIA

Cette semaine, j'ai concentré mes efforts sur la reprise du mapping du côté de Malterre Sud et Ouest. L'objectif est d'améliorer la qualité de l'environnement pour vous offrir une expérience de conduite encore plus immersive. Je tiens à souligner que cela s'inscrit dans la continuité du rework que j'ai déjà réalisé du côté de Malterre Nord dans une version précédente.

Comme à l'accoutumée, la prochaine mise à jour perpétuera donc mon engagement envers le perfectionnement continue de mes mods, en mettant en avant des améliorations de la qualité visuelle et de la jouabilité. Toujours dans le but de vous émerveiller et de vous offrir une expérience de jeu plus immersive et agréable!

Malterre Ouest

Actuellement, je suis en plein projet de rénovation de l'échangeur A3/A4 à Malterre Ouest. Mon objectif principal est de lui insuffler une nouvelle vie, notamment en apportant des changements significatifs pour le rendre plus authentique et mieux adapté aux besoins actuels. Cette reconstruction complète vise donc à créer une expérience bien meilleure pour tous ceux qui l'empruntent régulièrement et à en faire un lieu plus fonctionnel, plus réaliste, tout en préservant son caractère unique.

Malterre Centre

Le réaménagement en cours au cœur du centre de Malterre (partie sud) est une entreprise d'embellissement minutieux. L'objectif principal de cette initiative est d'enrichir la scène urbaine en y ajoutant une multitude de détails captivants. Le résultat est un centre-ville revitalisé qui contribuera à faire de Malterre un lieu encore plus attractif et vivant.

[2] NOUVEAU SONDAGE

Récemment, j'ai eu le plaisir d'organiser un nouveau sondage exclusif, visant à décider de ma prochaine destination de travail, après la réalisation de Malterre. Il est fascinant de constater à quel point la compétition est intense entre deux lieux enchanteurs : le charmant village d'Andréa et la dynamique cité d'Eilmont.

C'est une opportunité unique pour vous d'avoir un impact direct sur le choix de la prochaine destination qui figurera dans la prochaine version bêta. Votre voix compte énormément, et je vous encourage chaleureusement à participer.

N'oubliez pas que ce sondage passionnant prendra fin ce dimanche 17 à 23h59, heure française, alors assurez-vous de faire entendre votre opinion avant qu'il ne soit trop tard !

Début septembre, j'ai lancé un passionnant concours qui invite chacun d'entre vous à contribuer à la beauté de notre utopie. Votre créativité peut donner vie à un nouveau symbole qui représentera fièrement notre région.

La première phase de soumission des drapeaux se déroule jusqu'au 30 septembre, et c'est une opportunité idéale pour apporter votre touche personnelle à notre archipel.

J'encourage donc chaque membre à participer, que vous soyez un artiste chevronné ou que vous teniez un crayon pour la première fois. N'oubliez pas que vous avez la possibilité de soumettre plusieurs créations si l'inspiration vous guide !

Rien de spectaculaire, juste une escapade relaxante à travers notre monde virtuel. Les panoramas de Grand Utopia sont toujours aussi reposants, et j'ai voulu partager cette expérience paisible avec vous.
