Connection with the UK placed! (Patreon)

Hello dear Patrons,

Just a quick post to announce that I've recently built the bridge to the future British territories I'm planning to create (once SCS has made a reskin of Great Britain, of course).

I had a bit of trouble connecting the two types of roads (right/left hand drive) but I managed. So you can get to the little English village of Denver without having to take a ferry.

I used a bridge system with two superimposed decks, allowing the traffic lanes to be reversed at each end. You will find some pictures of the latter.

On the Grand Utopia side, the bridge is taken after crossing the small village of Chaseville. On the English side, the village of Denver. The latter will thus officially belong to the United Kingdom and it will be the only village accessible before the SCS reskin. Indeed, I will use the existing items to build it, doing my best to make it as nice as the rest.

As for the rest, I'm almost done with the town of Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer but I still have several hours of work to do before I can publish the next beta version of Grand Utopia. For the moment, I think that during next week, it will be possible.

La connexion avec le Royaume-Uni est posée !

Petit post pour vous annoncer que j'ai récemment construit le pont qui permettra de rejoindre les futurs territoires britanniques que je compte créer (quand SCS aura fait un reskin de la Grande Bretagne, évidemment). 

J'ai un peu galéré à connecter les deux types de routes (conduite à droite/gauche) mais j'y suis arrivé. Vous pourrez donc vous rendre dans le petit village anglais de Denver sans avoir à prendre un ferry.

J'ai utilisé un système de pont à deux tabliers superposés, permettant d'inverser les voies de circulation à chaque bout. Vous trouverez quelques images de ce dernier.

Côté Grand Utopia, le pont se prend après avoir traversé le petit village de Chaseville. Côté anglais, le village de Denver. Ce dernier appartiendra donc officiellement au Royaume-Uni et il s'agira du seul village accessible avant le reskin de SCS. En effet, je vais utiliser les items existants pour le construire en faisant de mon mieux pour que ce soit aussi joli que le reste.

Pour le reste, j'ai bientôt fini la ville de Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer mais il me reste encore plusieurs heures de boulot avant de pouvoir vous publier la prochaine version beta de Grand Utopia. Pour l'instant, je pense que courant semaine prochaine, ce sera possible.
