There's some of these I can't map to 40k factions, most notably Zander's. We've got CSMs, marines/sisters, IG (Krieg), Eldars, Tau(?) and 'Nids... And some Khorne dudes maybe? And I have no idea to whom Willa's faction would map.

Debbie is CSM, Zander presumably is Tau cause that was what he was in the sketches, though he could just be a custom race to pander to Debbies fetish(though Tau do have vehicles with fish/shark names). Rosaline mixed Marines(overpowered stats) and Sisters(appearance), Ash is IG, Nikol is Eldar, Ricken is Orks, Rose is Necrons/generic AI robots, Jane is Tyranids and Willa is a custom race of rat hobos.
