Lily was inspired by Cyber Voltage who thought of everything but her name;

She’d be an inventor character of sorts but instead of actually wanting to create practical or useful things she’d be more concerned with whether they look cool or are fun, even if they only work in very specific scenarios. She’s very scatterbrained and unfocused but can be very competent when she applies herself; the type of person who’d say “good enough” when things are in fact very much “not good enough."
