Tiny Notebook

This week i was traveling for the holidays and I accidentally left the bag with my sketchbook at the airport. It took a couple days to get it back in the mean time I had to confine my sketches to a tiny notebook and a ballpoint pen.

Post-It Note

When I got my sketchbook back I found this post-it note on the last page I'd drawn on. So I guess it was an all around happy ending.

Summer

I'm not committed to this or anything. But I had this idea where Cody's giant jellyflesh arm turns into a jellyflesh puppet person. Her name is Summer and she and Cody were childhood sweethearts back on Issa until a tragic accident took her life. However, jellyflesh's tendency to imitate yuman brainwaves and years of constant handholding had left an imprint of Summer on Cody's arm. 

Over the next few years, Cody and Summer modified Cody's arm to have a hidden puppet body that's more comfortable for Summer to use (they also would have added its distinctive floral pattern). Whether because of their tinkering or some subtle psychic influence from Summer Cody's arm grew conspicuously large.
