Quau Brohan requested a rat of an artistic persuasion.

a rat who wants to be a tattoo artist, but since rats have fur he plies his trade on the dungeon creatures who's skin permits it more; often without permission and with unfortunate consequences. He isn't a very good artist though so all of his designs just look like squiggly lines and geometric shapes.
