Backer Based Rat #10: Tamerlane (Patreon)

I’d like a rat who’s entire day to day life revolves around putting common adventurer items in balloons for adventurers to find. The items they’re putting into the balloons are probably coming from other adventurers that failed, but who has time to sweat details like that? The same rat may very well be being getting their balloon supply from a business exploiting the rat’s obsessive quirk as a means of easy advertising or possibly a means of artificially inflating the apparent consumption rate for their goods. Or something.
