Operation Clean Slate and Plans for 2020 (Patreon)

 Hello everyone, it's been a while since I had any announcements this big. 

ROYALJELLYSANDWICH PLANS FOR 2020

First things first:  I'm gonna need everyone to whom I owe any outstanding commissions or Patreon rewards I may have overlooked or forgotten about, and I'm gonna need to hear from you ASAP.

OPERATION CLEAN SLATE

The reason why is that I've already started something at the beginning of this month, December 2019, which I'm calling "Operation Clean Slate" (or should I say clean PLATE?)--in which I'm aiming to finish EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING (yes, including the Tenchi comic) that I still owe to clients and patrons. I'm aiming for the end of this year (but if I fail to meet that deadline my absolute deadline is the end of January), because once the new year rolls around I'm going to begin the second part of my plan: a complete overhaul of pricing on my commissions and Patreon rewards. I figured I've had the same rates since 2015, and I feel that an update is overdue.

PATREON

To those of you who sent me a reward-tier payment ($5 and above) this month on Patreon: don't worry about your reward, since the reward you get comes after the payment is cleared at the end of the month, you'll receive the same reward as per the current rules in January. But--after that you will receive the rewards by the new rules, so be sure to adjust your payment that month if you wish to. More details will be posted to my Patreon page later today.

COMMISSIONS

As for commissions--might as well get it out of the way now--yes, they will be more for each tier than what I charge now, but I plan to have a lot more options to cover both simpler, lower-priced commissions and premium, higher-end commissions, like only drawing busts, of half body commissions and different pricing depending on level of detail. I also plan on making a more streamlined system including a type of order form using Google docs (or some other similar system), since it's needlessly difficult for me to keep track via notes on DA, FA, Twitter, Patreon, Discord, etc., etc. etc. and I tend to lose track easily.  More details will be revealed once I post my new commission rates sheet on New Year's Day.  Commission rates will remain the same until that day, and I will not be closing them so you have until Dec 31st to get something at the old rates.

IMPORTANT: I'M SETTING A DEADLINE FOR YOU TOO

Before I am able to begin on all the new plans though, I gotta concentrate on Operation Clean Slate--I gotta get all albatrosses off my neck so I can feel confident and ready to execute my 2020 plans in full force. And while I am aiming for Dec. 31st to get it all done, I am for an absolute cutoff deadline for January 31st for myself. But that's where you come in: I'm pretty sure I have remember everything I owe, but I'm not 100% certain, that's why I asked all of you I owe stuff to to contact me ASAP to make sure I know. However, I am giving everyone until February 29th 2020 to inquire about any owed commissions or Patreon rewards, or ask for a refund. After that date I will consider them as "abandoned": they will NOT be done, and will NOT be refunded. I will be giving plenty of reminders for this up until the cutoff date.
