It may not be a surprise to anyone, but Silver loves inflatable creatures. Their round shapes, their shiny bodies, cute printed details on them, and they can be quite big, cuddly and silly. Of course, Reboot does take note of that sort of thing, so why not make Silver what he loves so much? Now a big silly pooltoy version of himself who just can laugh and have fun with others, after all toys are meant to be played with~
