The Last Solarian - Samantha Character Sheet (Patreon)

Let me introduce you to the main character of The Last Solarian, Samantha. 

I won't want to go in to detail about her personality because I feel like that kind of thing is best handled within the work.  Plus, my goal is to make her complex, and a simple description wouldn't do the character I have in my head justice.

However, I will go in to detail about her design, what inspired it, and how her suit functions. Her suit is complex and requires some explanation.

Samantha's overall character design is an amalgamation of all of my favorite female characters in fiction. Asuka, Baiken, Gally, Kei, Rogue, and Samus. It's my way to pay tribute to these characters.  Some of the influence is very obvious, whereas others not so much. At first I was apprehensive about doing this, but then the Game Gyaru wearing its Dirty Pair influence on its sleeve and everyone being OK with it gave me the courage to complete this design. 

The suit she wear is a space suit specifically engineered nanomachine prosthesis that enhances her abilities and keeps her alive. I had a whole bunch written here but decided it would be best revealed within the work.
