[Update] // Endings & A Lil' Tease (Patreon)

Ohai Friends!

I wanted to send out the next build with this content that I've been working on but I needed a bit more time on it. So I thought it wouldn't hurt to at least post an update for you. :)

We're getting dangerously close to the end, and by that, the Endings are going in!

The End!

With 3 endings per waifu, we end up with 36 unique endings in total (if my math is correct). That's quite a bit of work there, so I kept that in mind when designing the endings.

We've already finished the writing for them and we purposely kept them relatively short just like the other cut-scenes in the game. Just like everything in the game, there's been edits/tweaks here and there, but the real challenge was figuring out how to bring them alive.

The only other cut-scenes we have in the game are the dialogue boxes and it's hard to tell a greater story with that format. So in the end, we settled with a parallax'ing silhouette style scene.

I think this style is a good balance between simple and stylish. It's fitting with the ambient motion that's in the rest of the game as well.

For the next build, I'm aiming to finish the Main 6 waifu's endings, as well as adding "Settings" functionalities in the front-end, so look forward to that!

A lil' tease for you :)

While looking for Voice Actresses for our game, a little opportunity for a collaboration presented itself in the form of a short (and lewd) experimental experience.

I want to stress that finishing Pico Sim Date <3 is top priority but I have been getting antsy about giving you guys some variety, so I thought this would be a good balance of that. Plus working with someone means it's only half the work ;)

More details will come. But for now I'll leave you with this tease. If you have any thoughts or feelings about it, please let me know! :)
