You may want to suggest that people always build (and use) a 100% proxy file (under "Proxy/Timecode". That will allow things to be fast even if they don't fit into memory completely, and is literally the difference between tracking being painfully slow to the point of being almost impossible to work with ... and tracking acting like you're actually on a modern computer.
