More changes (Patreon)

There will be some small changes to the rules for the following month heh.. 

- The people who will receive rewards in that month will be announced at the beginning of the month as usual 

- Rewards can have two characters, but will cost 2 stars.. so you will have more options to manage your stars

- The activity of the topic of the month will become an exclusive activity for those who are on the "Crazy Katx Lab" tier , because they are using that topic for the experiments.
