"I was thinking Jade from Mortal Kombat, naked and locked within a  tight-fitting, steel body cage, suspended upright in the air by one or  two chains from the steel bands around her upper body, with a steel muzzle over her mouth and nose. Maybe even add some nipple clamps  connected by a chain to her should you wish."

I made a first version, but wasn't happy about it so did another one. You can see the early one there. What do you think?
