Looks like Karlach's been enjoying the new mandatory hourly corporate snack breaks. Studies have shown that employees that are happy perform better in the office, and what makes people happier than stuffing their bellies with junk food? The managers even added to the incentive to encourage the employees to utilize the benefit: The employee to show the most growth in a year will get an additional 15% raise. They just never mentioned what kind of growth they were expecting.
