Interesting part: The story related to Isabel and her bird was also Eren's short story in childhood in manga vol.30. That Eren also saved a bird that was hurt and so he asked for help from his father (the doctor). After the bird was healed, Eren asked Hannes to help him and freed the bird above the wall, so that the bird could fly outside the wall. Eren thought that the bird was harmed by human in the wall as it was a white bird that was an obvious target. If the bird flys outside the wall, the titans which had no interest on creatures other than human will not harm it,. The story ended with the chat between Hannes and Eren's father, that Hannes didn't tell Eren that the white bird was immediately discovered by other fierce animals...Father said it's ok, coz he understood Eren's desire of freedom. Bird=Wings of Freedom and Eren's wish.
