Im new to to dropbox and patreon how do i sync the episode? Anyone got a tutorial i can watch or something?

If you watch it your computer, just start your episode at the same time of my video (time stamps) so I react at the same time

There are VLC tutorials on how to sync 2 videos, but you have to have both of them downloaded. Otherwise just manually sync 2 browser windows. :)
