Okay so! Hello!

First of all I'd like to apologise for the sudden changes with very little info regarding the decisions. So I'll quickly go through what's going on and what I plan to do.

I will be removing JuiceBox, ColaGlass, TeaBucket, CoffeeCastle, EnergyLoader, and MeadSitula tiers this month. Anyone still in those tiers, I need you to drop to a lower tier, or drop out completely, because I won't be offering reward for those tiers at the end of the month. Please, please don't stay on those tiers because by the end of the month you may be charged for something you get nothing for and I don't want you to lose out on money.

For now this Patreon will just be a sort of tip box while I continue to work on one project - Poison Apple. When everything is working out in my personal life, I can handle a large number of projects at once, as I've proven in the past. I've managed 50 rewards plus Poison Apple in the past! I know it's something I can do. However, life finds a way.

September started poorly, with real life problems stepping up. Many stressful phone calls regarding my mental health and ability to care for myself have addled my mind and reduced my self confidence significantly. As the month went on, more and more real life issues piled on until something had to snap. Reducing my workload heavily was the only thing I could do to reduce my stress and return to functioning like an adult again.

It wasn't something I wanted to do - the last thing I want is to disappoint anyone who was hoping to get something from me. Which is why I'm offering refunds to anyone who is still waiting on their September reward. Unfortunately, the way Patreon does their refunds means I'm unable to do it through their platform (my Creator account already sent the payments to my PayPal and there's no way I can reverse that). So if you have PayPal I can send you your refund if you'd like one, just send me your PayPal details. If you don't have PayPal... I have no solution at this time, so I'm working on that.

In the mean time, I'll continue to provide the exclusive streams on Fridays and work on Poison Apple, as well as try to look after myself better. As far as commissions are concerned, I don't think I can provide them via Patreon - keep an eye on my external galleries for info regarding commissions. There will be limited slots when I reopen, as ever, but this way everyone gets a chance rather than the few exclusive Patrons. However, I do have some ideas to give Patrons something as a thank-you. Maybe a discount on commissions? I'm still working on it.

Regardless, here's the most important takeaway from this: Reward Tiers will be defunct by the end of the month, do not stay in those tiers. Commissions will reopen when I am good and ready. Refunds are available to people who didn't get a reward in September if you want them - contact me with your PayPal details if you want one, or let me know if you don't want a refund.

I apologise profusely if I've disappointed you. But I need look after myself first.

I hope you're all looking after yourselves too.

All the best,

~TB

Thank you for always being good with communication on this stuff! The discount sounds cool but would be difficult as you could have someone join and drop just for the discount. Sucks that there are losers like that. But don't stress on that so soon, I just hope you get stable soon and back to your goodies 🥰

I'm glad you're making decisions for your health. I think the Ideas and steps you mentioning in this journal aren't bad at all, and I think a Discount on commissions can in the end lead to a lot more diversity in the kind of content you create. Generally I think it's a better way to let people support you for what YOU create instead of mainly focusing on what people want. In the past 80 to 90% of the content you've created were Patreon rewards, and Poison Apple and a couple personal projects to the side. That being said, I'll stick around, maybe a lower tier, but I really love the content you create, and if a small donation a month can help you grow as an artist and Person, I'm satisfied as a supporter.

Nothing to say here that I haven't told you already but look after yourself king. You come first before anything.
