Important Update - Upcoming Changes and Workload (Patreon)

So we recently hit a milestone of 40 reward tier patrons! That's a lot of commissions to draw a month!

In order to keep my sanity and still be able to provide you with your rewards, I've reduced the maximum Patrons per tier heavily. I don't think I can draw more than 50 rewards a month, so that's where it stays.

I did not expect this to get as popular as it did! It's now a full time responsibility, and for that I am truly thankful. However, it is not providing a full-time wage. Not even minimum living wage. As such, with a heavy heart I must announce that I plan to increase tier prices by February 2020.

I know, it sucks. But I don't plan to scalp anyone. In fact, some tiers might even go down in price! I'll be reviewing the current pledge prices in January, and intend to make the changes by February. During that month you can choose whether you'd like to increase or decrease your pledge, or drop out entirely. That's your choice! Honestly I'm still floored by the support you've given me to this point, and am incredibly grateful for the support you've already given.

So what's the plan? - I have reduced the number of Patron Pledges to all commission related tiers to keep my current workload. January will see me reviewing the current prices, and February I will implement price changes.
Will we know what those prices are before you implement them? - Yes. I'll make a post a week before February 2020 with the changes.
How are you going to implement those changes? Do I have to do anything? - Yes, you'll have to work with me on this. Patreon, quite rightly, does not allow Creators to change prices of tiers with Patrons are still pledged to them. This prevents unruly Creators from scalping their supporters without them knowing. So what I'll be doing is introducing the new prices as new tiers with your current rewards, and removing the rewards from the tiers with the old prices. You'll need to jump to a tier you're happy with so that I can delete the now redundant tier.
You've reduced the maximum for each tier! What if I want to upgrade/downgrade my reward to a tier with no slots? - Talk to me! Make sure we're both online and present so that we can work together to get you into the tier you like. It will happen if we communicate and do it quickly.
