Pon is wondering what would she wear for Halloween. She handed you an odd device that can change her clothing into whatever typed in. There is another feature that Pon doesn't notice, though. That is, instead of change her clothing, you can modify her body instead. You can make her grow an arm, or grow her breast until it's too big and heavy for her to stand normally.
