I return from the prolonged absence bringing mostly cat photos! I've been a bit more intensely fixated on my cats since Molly had such a health scare this month with her severe uterine infection and then her reaction to the sutures causing massive inflammation. D: Poor girl has been through the ringer.

That, and moving, and losing my dang tablet pen(s!) in the move...also having a rough time sleeping because anxiety over the cat and over-sensitivity to environmental changes. As much as I love the new apartment, I had to focus on, uh, cleansing it? I had quite a few rough nights and sleep paralysis nightmares ending in cold sweats and intense confusion. In a spooky way of looking at it, I could speculate that we had some ghosts. In a more empirical way of assessing it, it might've been from the ambient noise of the parking lot mixed with moving boxes looming around ominously and having no good touchstones/anti-anxiety measures to ground me in the midst of feeling guilty about and anxious over my cat being sick. Oh and my phone broke. Twice. I got it repaired but it's broken again, so I've been borrowing my boyfriend's phone. (Which I also feel guilty about haha. @-@)

Things are improving though! Molly is feeling much better and her swelling on her stitches has gone down, and she's being as sweet as ever if not more so. And I found the tablet pens shortly after ordering a new tablet as a replacement haha. The apartment feels more like home now that I have some color on the walls and incense in the air, too.

Hopefully will update again sooner rather than later - will be more "awake" because the panic mode of getting ready for next week's convention (Galaxycon in Minneapolis!) so...yeah!

Attached to this post are two zipped files with photos (.jpg) and panoramic shots of the apartment (.vr?) Mostly cat pics but hopefully you'll enjoy getting a glimpse of things here. (Possible gore/body horror trigger warning for one of the photos in the photo zip, because there's a pic of her uterus that the vet sent me after surgery. It's as non-gory as something like that can be, but just a heads up.)

Aaaand I was going to zip all the videos for convenient downloading too, but aparently they're too big to be attached to a Patreon post as a zip so they're individually uploaded. :/ Hope it's not too hard to navigate everything! I'm open to suggestions on how to optimize this kind of recap...

And I'm making this post visible to all patrons for now instead of just snapchat tier and above because I know everyone has been in the dark for too long in my absence. Apologies and thank you so much for all the patience and support!!! HAPPY FALLOWEEN!!
