...no, not the sub group.

For those who haven't been keeping up with this, I work at Amazon.
We are paid decently at amazon, on a normal work day I earn as much from 10 hours work as I do from your donations in a month.  Whether that's a high-mark for our pay or how badly I've done in getting patrons since donations have stayed stagant for years...I just don't know.
However, Due to low worker population at my facility, on top of high product demands from people for stuff sold by Amazon, AND the next-closest building being run by Incompetents so we end up shunted with a LOT of their work...Alexis, John and I have been called into work every other week all year, sometimes three weeks in a row.  it's gotten to the point I'll likely equal the amount of overtime I worked *LAST YEAR* by the time we're done with Christmas peak.

this is also why I keep being late in regards to video releases, I'm just too exhausted some days to actually remember to do it.

And despite PROMISING us that such was over for the year until peak season finally hit, that we'd get a few spare extra normal weeks off from overtime calls...upper management just texted us today and said they're calling us in on a week we're not supposed to get overtime at all as we just had one.  And that's likely to continue throughout the remaining quarter of the year.

And...all of this has very heavily screwed over any chance of working on videos for next year, between a desperate need for Rest, demands of getting our house and then getting everything for it in order, the complete and utter messes involving personal health and well-being that have popped up, and a hard deadline of the end of October by which to do them in.
Every delay has in some way, shape or form compounded others down the line.  There's a reason I throttled the length of patreon requests for next year and made a hard submission deadline, as If I didn't get started on them early, I wasn't going to be able to do them as it was.

And that was already Assuming that I *WOULD* have October free to work on filming and editing them, which now isn't likely to happen.  Even every-other-week overtime would've given me the time to do so.

Every week overtime?  And the sheer *Exhaustion* that invokes?  Yeah, no.  Especially as I have to have the house to myself to be able to record *ANYTHING* now, and that's not happening either.

I'm going to be honest with you all, I'm on the verge of having to cancel 2022's videos entirely, as I'm literally *out of time* to be able to work on them without having to cancel 2023's schedule as well.
It will end up being one or the other, and it *IS* easier to just delay everything I've got for 2022 and roll it into 2023, than it is to delay *Anything* that will be on the docket for that year until later, as that pushes back even more content.

Doubling up 2022 and 2023 though?  that's actually a bit more do-able, and would end up being an entire year scheduled our similarly to how this year's releases have gone.

So this is fair warning that if I decide that this needs to happen...well, the two patreon requests I received before the Sept 1 Deadline will be honored, just not released in 2022.  And those patrons will be entitled to make another request for 2023 when I open up submissions.  ONE is scripted, the other was already mapped out and I've just been too tired to have my head in the right space to work on it.  Scrapping the October production month that was planned for filming/editing will then allow me to get some of the rest I've desperately needed for over a year, as I've *STILL* not had a chance to de-stress from the mess that was 2020.

I've not actually buried my mother yet, her ashes are still waiting in a box in my closet for a free week.  That's how awful the schedule and lack of free time has been this year.

If I do decide the scrap 2022, I'll let you all know in the next week or so once we know more of how our dayjob schedule is panning out.  If that happens I'll try to have something else filler that will go up on youtube, maybe we'll try and finally get a regular livestream schedule going since plans for THAT fell through again thanks to the afore-mentioned overtime...but 2021 really has not been that much better than 2020 thanks to the continuance of the pandemic.

Stay safe.
