Hi Guys.
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share with you a situation that has arisen recently. I have received a content removal notification on Twitter due to copyright claims from Nintendo of America Inc. regarding some of my Pokémon fanart illustrations (specifically 10 tweets from my achromaru nsfw account)

Unfortunately, this means that certain posts have been deleted from my account. I know that many of you enjoyed that content, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause😥

In addition, I would like to know if any of you have encountered users or artists who have received similar messages. If so, what options did they take in response? Your experiences and advice could be of great help as I try to resolve this situation 😖

Luckily, these were old posts from my NSFW account, but I guess it might affect my Achronaru91 account down the line. For now, I'll keep things as they are—maybe tone down on the hashtags since that could be risky. So, if you could support me by sharing and retweeting, I'd really appreciate it 🙏

Btw, I was also wondering about something. I'm thinking of mixing in some original content alongside fanart from different franchises. Can I still count on your support for that?

DMCA claims on NSFW art are sporadic and inconsistent. Huge accounts pump out Nintendo smut unhindered while mid-level accounts are hounded. I know follow a few accounts that stopped making Nintendo art in response to repeated claims, but I don’t remember who specifically.
