With the Jedi Temple guard mask done, I think it's only appropriate to add the lightsabers as well.

I know there are some lightsaber models out there, buuuut i wanted to once again make a functional one to be compatible with my lightsaber electronics as in previous projects. Not only that but I thought it would be fun to make it sort of modular with interchanging parts to allow for all temple guard lightsaber variations.

That being said, we have 5 lightsaber combinations, all compatible with each other by a screw-in mechanism.

The mechanism has been tested, and I'm happy to say it's quite strong :)

Options::
1 - single lightsaber
2 - dual lightsabers

3 - saberstaff

4 - hinged saberstaff

5 - tonfa style lightsaber

ON the hinged saberstaff you will find 2 options - one with and without 8x8x pins so you can rotate the saber to your liking if the default thread is not to your liking, and to avoid printing with supports.

The hinge uses m3 screws and nuts so you can make it as tight or loose as you want it to be.

Next to the mask, lets see some lightsabers :D

Is there a guide to the saber to buy/electronics for your saber builds @marko?

So excited! I do have a question though. What size screws should I use to hold the blade in?

Marko Makaj

in the folder there is a text document named “hardware” - the length and all you need is in there :)
