Dune inspired goodies :) (Patreon)

Ok, time for some new new stuff - its not a secret im a huge Dune Fan, so i had to add some "toys" to patreon wich im sure other Dune fans will like as well :)

So let's get started, a total of 4 projects have been uplaoded :) 

1 - Gom Jabbar update - So after i released the Gom Jabbar from dune i got some new references with a better view, so its turns out it wasnt that accurate, so i made a V2 thats a bit more closer to the real deal - its in the Gom Jabbar folder

2- the Pain box - that one was fun and has tons of details. I included a overlay view so you can see the proportions and overall shape and the tiles placements are pretty accurate altho every small detail might not be , but thats less noticable :) 

3 - The Freeman Thumper - once again based on Dune 2021 refrences , its an easy build using 8x8 assembly pins and 5x10mm magnets. The build has a lock in place system designed in so you can hold it open or closed as a display piece. The magnets are also to add/remove the spike if you choose to do so.

I was thinking of desiging it so its somwehat functional by using mg90s servos but turns out there were many issued with that idea (weight, space, accesability) , so perhaps a piston might be better ? anyways if someone with more technical/electrical skills wishes to make if funcitonal let me know and we will brainstrom a bit more :D 

OH and cool thing is you don need any supports for this one.

4 - The Sand Compactor - not gonna lie, i wanted to make this one the moment i saw it on screen. Simillar to the Thumper, its a super easy build with 8x8 assembly pins and almost no supports (1 part might need it just a tiny bit). Ofc it all fits on any filament printer size ;) 

So here it is, some Dune goodies are done and i'll move on to finally making the Wrecker helmet :D
