More Patreon Changes (Patreon)

I'm sure this has gotten old at this point but I wouldn't do this if it wasn't absolutely necessary.

Starting next month, the Patron events will have to go. No more Requests, Monthly Pinups, or YCH Raffles and this is for two reasons. First, I should probably avoid any trouble that might happen with running raffles on Patreon. As it turns out, this isn't really allowed! Whoops! And second, commissions.  Commissions will be open, as soon as I clear the rest of the existing queue, and will stay open throughout the year.  My Patreon will more or less shift back to what it was earlier last year. 


The Patron rewards will stay the same, though the $20 tier will now focus on "Ask My OCs" questions. I'll have more details on this soon.

Apologies, but I'm confused. How would the Patron rewards stay the same, if you're changing things to get rid of the requests, raffle and Pin-up polls? That seems like a pretty significant difference to the rewards tiers; sorry if I'm just misunderstanding your message, though.

If these changes are set in place, however, would there be any 'new', or alternative benefits for the Patron tiers, outside of the $20 OC Asks benefit? Disregard this by all means if you're still working things out to be finalised later this month, just curious as I'd really like to keep supporting you but I'm unsure what perks to expect after this month, in which case.

Yeah, I didn't do a good job of communicating what comes next. I just wanted to ensure everyone that the changes wouldn't devalue the current tiers. I'm still working on stuff but I will have the full details of the new tiers soon.

No problem, I trust your judgment and decisions, it's your choice after all. I'm sad to see the raffle go but if it just plain isn't allowed then it can't be helped, of course. Looking forward to finding out what we can enjoy from here on. As I said, I really wanna keep supporting your awesome work :)
