New script! Things are getting hotter for Heather, and she's only at 50% of the way there.

ADDENDUM: lately, I've been tinkering with a new app I got on my iPad: MagicPoser. It makes incredibly fast and easy to create scenes and put the models in the body language you want, so I've tried that for this script. I haven't given it to Wondollar, so I'm very curious to see how close he'll get to what I staged.

The To know which character is which, you may need the script nearby, but I don't think it's necessary.

That does look like a useful app! Props, but no clothing besides the default, yes? Any other handy iPad apps you care to tell about? 😁

Thank you! I have some novels I’ve been working on, and have been thinking it would be helpful to storyboard them, perhaps even for full graphic novel versions, but my artistic skills are undeveloped and crude (don’t get me started about the evil art instructors from my youth). These tools might help jump-start that process. Thanks!!! ❤️

I have the exact same problem. I've tried modeling/passing tools before, but they never worked very well. This one somehow guesses what I'm trying to do and gets me the pose I wasn't very quickly. It also comes with a decent library of basic presets that greatly speeds up the process.

The unfair thing is my sister has amazing artistic skills, but she also has the personality of a walking root canal without anesthesia, so I can’t bring her into the process. She makes Princess Heather look like Little Mary Sunshine by comparison. Also sadly, no fairies in the area to help teach her humility lessons. So I’m on my own for the artwork.

Yikes, she doesn't sound very pleasant... Yeah, where's a swarm of faeries when you need one...

A Man with Joe Name

I've seen a few comics that pretty much use this as their art form. Not as good as a talented artist, but definitely an easy way for a budding comic creator who can't draw or afford an artist to get their content out into the world.

Yeah, I'm not sure it looks great as a final product, but if XKCD could do something successful using stick figures, perhaps someone could do something equally great using blue puppets. :)
