Remember that little poll I did back a few month ago about a surprise chapter that will happen after Donating Height to Goddess Season 2 Chapter 7? I have totally not forgotten about that!

After a fierce battle between multiple hard choices, you guys have chosen a brand new comic series that focuses on slow growth annnnnnnd, here we are, a brand new series coming up to Patreon's weekly update: The Legend of The Ten Rings (Yeah I totally stole that name off Shang-chi, it's too tempting)

The Legend of The Ten Rings will be a mix of Donating Height to Goddess, and the Size Theft that focus on slow growth, comparison, domination, amazon to mini-giantess! Each of the chapter will be a standard 250-300 page and I plan to take it through multiple seasons since the story is A LOT to tell!

Here's a quick Synopsis for the series:

The story surrounds a lucky woman married to an ultra-rich NBA superstar, Juliana, who has never had any trouble getting anything she needed, from luxury to fame, until she discovered, that for unknown reason, she was the only person in the world that is unresponsive to the growth pills that have been circling around the community of the riches.
Watching her friends slowly overtook her in height soon before towering over her completely, she suffered numerous humiliation from her peers, pushing her over the edge as she, out of pure spite, recklessly outbid her friends at an auction for an ancient antique, one of the ten rings lost generations ago rumored to wield great power to the worthy, a legend that was only value for display.
Little did she know, however, that the ring will send her on a journey that she had never experienced before.

Now, this series is quite important because:

This will be the first comic series from me that will be done and rendered completely in Blender!

Why did I suddenly decide to use blender for this comic series?

Well, I have been playing around blender animations for awhile now, despite working on it days and nights, I feel like I am not even close to discover the power of the software and working on a comic series in blender would certainly help me immensely, breaking through the bottleneck I have reached with DAZ3D and explore many other things from modeling, animation to compositing and realism.

And with the help of blender, I would be able to practice and perfect the following to make them finally possible in my comics:

  •  Growing Out of Clothings

I know many of you had asked why I always keep the clothes on when my characters grow, well, I felt like with DAZ3D as the primary 3D software, I was very much restricted by how much you can do with the clothings without the help of another software or just completely lagging out. But with blender's modeling capability, I would be able to finally try growth out of clothings, clothing deformations or even cloth tears, and in this comic series - clothes will not be growing with the characters!

  • Fire, Explosion, Destruction

With blender's powerful simulation tools, I would be able to work on creating realistic fires, explosions, smoke and even item/building destruction rather than having to rely on preset items to replace the structures, paving ways for future mega - giga giantess comics that I could work on, like the Rise of The Goddess Part 2

  • Animations

DAZ's animation tool is kind of a joke, really, so with blender's way better animation tool and rigs, I would be able to slide in some animations here and there, either in the comics or standalone animation release, there's so many ideas I would like to do and so little time!

Anyhow, I hope you like the poster and the weekly updates will start later this week or next week the latest!

When is it released?

It will start updating next week with about 40 images per week 😁

It's really great thing to improve ideas of Donating Height to Goddess! Is Juliana going to steal height from NBA players?

Charlie

That is already a lot. Is it ever too much to handle with other stuff like the trickling MGL story?

FaTerGD

It surely can be a lot sometimes but it is a bit of different things combined. One of the most annoying one I find is how DAZ is getting ever so slower with more contents in the library and slowing down the progress of making scenes quite dramatically, that was one of the core reason that pushed me over choosing blender for this series, alongside being able to break through and make more progress of improving my work 😁 I will certainly give it my best and see how it goes. We have Madison's short animation + Ella's story + The Legend of The Ten Rings + continue working on the demonstration for this month, worse case we just have to slow down a little bit before I get my hands on completely!
