The decryption key is #Av_6GlwxKkiccBoZi1qkPg It's included with the link, but Patreon cuts of the key with the hyperlink, so you need to manually copy and paste the entire thing for it to work.

I've added patch 0.27.2, which should fix this issue. Just in case, I also added a "Missing Barkeep" debug option, in case the fix doesn't help with your current save. If he's still not there, using that debug option should bring him back. Let me know if it still isn't working at all. Thanks for reporting the issue.
