I’d like to check up and see how the difficulty is balanced in the game right now, particularly with the new dungeon 3 enemies. It’s kind of tricky to balance, since players can different femininity values at the same levels, resulting in them being stronger or weaker depending on that. Here’s a quick overview of what I consider each answer to mean. The three new enemies aren’t supposed to be equally challenging, so please answer based on how you feel the average difficulty is between the three, or comment if you have specific feedback on them.

Very easy, but I’ve grinded: Pretty self explanatory, the new enemies are not hard to beat at all, but that is because you’ve defeated so many other enemies that you are way higher level than the average player. If you were level 12 or above at the start of the third dungeon, then you should definitely pick this.

Very easy: The new enemies are not difficult to beat in the slightest. You could even defeat two in a row without healing or using empowered magic.

Easy: The new enemies aren’t terribly hard to beat, but you couldn’t defeat two in a row without healing or using empowered magic.

Normal: The new enemies are challenging, but by using empowered magic or avoiding their ambush you can beat them.

Hard: The new enemies are very strong, and you struggled to beat them even if they failed their ambush.

Impossible: The new enemies are so strong you had to go back and grind to be able to fight them.

I was at level 8 at the start and it was still very easy for me. I try to max out my feminity though

That's exactly what I'd like to know. I tried to balance it so a level 8 player with pretty low femininity could still beat the cultist, but might have troubles with the other two enemies, but I suspect few people have femininity that low when they reach that point in the game. Thank you for the feedback, if most of the votes are the same way I'll make some adjustments to make things more interesting.

I finally got to this point after delays from RL. I was at level 9 when going in, and hit level 10 after the first fight. I only grind a bit before the first dungeon (so I can beat Hvelda), and found the difficulty in the third dungeon just a bit easier than in the first. Each fight saps about 60% or so of my health points, and I am equipped with the glass staff (not sure how much that helps in the fights).

Thanks for the feedback, I kind of forgot to factor in weapons when I tested the fights myself, whoops. Based on the polls and comments, I'll probably increase the difficulty of the enemies by a decent amount. I'll probably only increase the cultists strength a little bit though, that way if players struggle with the enemies, they can still grind against the cultists to power up.

For the record, I know I'm like a month late, the game is easy because I grind the heck out of it, but I find your game fun and nice and the grinding to be fun too. Grinding is a nice relaxer as I...uh...recharge...between scenes, and I just enjoy the simplicity of becoming really powerful though those efforts.
