February Request - Velvet (WIP) (Patreon)

So there was an overwhelming want for Velvet for this request. And I am NOT complaining because Velvet has gone on to be one of the RWBY girls I have forgot about, so I'm excited to draw her. I decided to go with a more spicy route for this drawing. There will be a bit of a story to this one so look forward to that. ;)
