January Request - Froppy Cheerleader (WIP) (Patreon)

I've been held up on commissions that have piled up this month, but I wanted to be sure I got the cheerleader request done before the month is over. Unfortunately I haven't been able to start on the Pokemon animation yet. That'll be next month's project.
