I remember enjoying this film when it first came around and then had not re-visited it since then. So thoroughly enjoyed the watch along. The bubbles and the language in them, in my opinion is just the way the characters think. I for one, think in multiple languages. Regular thoughts are in English but abuses or overly sentimental will spring in my brain in other languages I know.

Enjoyed the long review at the end. Been recommending this movie since a very long time. Happy that you guys could finally watch it and love it. This movie was not appreciated when it released but became a cult later on. Anurag in his interviews had said that he wrote this movie in anger. And he made it metaphorical so that the producers won’t get what he wanted to say.

Anurag Kashyap's directorial debut movie was Paanch... Starring Kay Kay Menon. Your minds would have been blown if you could see that movie. It's that good and captivating. Sadly, the movie was not allowed to be released by the censor board and a very bad print is available on YouTube. But it's extremely extremely difficult to find it anywhere. Unless you ask Anurag himself for a copy😀😀
