Future of TSFShiyin (Patreon)

Hi everyone~

I did a poll few months ago and asked you all about how I should manage the patreon/fanbox. It took some time, since I started working full time again back in october and I'm still doing so.

Let's start with the first question:

The majority voted with "Yes", it means that Tier 1 and Tier1.5 won't be able to see the projects anymore. Those two would turn into a pure "Support" tier without any benefits except discord roles.

However, I asked in the following question how you guys would manage it and some suggestions are about timed exclusive and I think it's a good idea. Tier 1 and Tier 1.5 will be able to see the projects 1 week after it got uploaded to Tier 2.

The next question was about this:

The majority voted with yes, so all future Extra content will be Tier 3 and higher only. However, in the following question about how you all would manage it, there were suggestions about also time gating it like with Tier 1 and 1.5 above. As I'm not doing a lot of Extras currently, it's not an important question to answer quickly. 

So I'll ask you all to write in the comments if Extras should be Tier 3 and higher only or timed exclusive for Tier 3 and higher.

The next question:

The majority voted for yes and in the question afterwards how you all would manage it, it was mostly confirming yes. With that in mind, future Idol Search Projects will be Tier 3 and higher exclusive for a month and then will be released for Tier 2 afterwards~

The last question with "yes" or "no" as answers:

Yes won as you all can see above. However, commissions each month for the same people would be overkill, so I don't think it will be that great either. I'll also very likely burn out because of that, since I'm still working full time. If I however start doing this full time, I might actually do that. But since I also accept commissions outside of patreon and the price is completely different, it would be weird.

That's why please comment down below what I could do for Tier 5 supporters.
