Story:

Our protagonist met a mysterious person who gave him a  mysterious tattoo. It's one of the easy to apply tattoos that you just  press on your skin and it's applied. He also tells him that it got  special powers, but right now he can't use most of the powers yet. To  use all of his powers from the tattoo, he needs a new body, a girls  body. To achieve that, the tattoo makes it possible to swap with a girl  once. The power then allows him to easily hypnotize and mind control  other girls.
