I love everything about this piece. The way the belly sits, how Albedo views the overall concept of pregnancy and of course how he's touching his belly. I just love how he describes it too, its so sexy in a weird sort of way. He strikes me as the sort of guy who has no idea what he's in for when it comes to birth because he read about it in a book once.
